    How should I prepare for my class?

    Welcome! We’re so happy to have you. Please arrive ten minutes before class starts to give yourself time to find parking, settle in, and get familiar with the space. Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in, and bring a water bottle. Mats and any necessary props will be provided - just bring yourself and an open mind.

    What is your late policy?

    To ensure the smooth flow of class and out of respect for others, punctuality is
    essential. If you are not present within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, you will be marked as a no-show and will be charged a fee. That said - we understand that delays can happen. If you arrive late, please enter the room quietly, find your space with minimal disruption, and join in from there. New clients are kindly asked to arrive 10 minutes early to go over class basics and feel fully prepared before starting.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. If you cancel within 24 hours, it will be considered a late cancellation and a CHF 25 fee will apply. This includes switching to a di erent class time within the 24-hour window. To ensure fairness and space for everyone, clients who cancel late more than 3 times may be temporarily restricted from booking online. This helps us better manage class sizes, meet demand, and create a consistent experience for all clients.

    How does the waitlist work?

    You can join the waitlist for any fully booked class. Please note that by adding yourself to the waitlist, you are committing to attend if you are added to the class, late cancel and no-show fees will still apply. If you’re no longer able to attend class, please make sure to
    remove yourself from the waitlist. A no-show fee will apply if you no show a class you were added to, even if you are added last minute. If a spot opens up, you will be automatically added to the class and notified via email
    and text, up to 45 mins. before the class begins. After that, the online waitlist will close, and any remaining spots will become available on a first-come, first-served basis through our website, app, or for in-person drop-ins.

    What is your missed class policy?

    If a client fails to attend a reserved class without cancelling a CHF 30 No Show Fee will be charged to their account.

    What is your refund policy?

    All booked classes are non-refundable. No exceptions.

    No children policy

    For safety reasons and to ensure a tranquil atmosphere for our adult clients, minors
    under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend classes or accompany parents or
    guardians during sessions.

    Phones policy

    To protect the focus and privacy of everyone in class, we kindly ask that clients do not film during class unless you’ve gotten approval by the instructor beforehand. Recording can be distracting to others and may unintentionally capture clients in the background. We absolutely support celebrating your workout wins, we just ask that it’s done before or after class and in a way that respects the experience and comfort of everyone in class.
